Get to know Samantha
I've always been very active; walking, hiking, running, scuba diving and volunteering with the Ambulance service in a frontline role which I've been doing for over a decade now.

All of my main stress coping mechanisms were taken away from me and overwhelm became my new norm. After two surgeries and extensive rehab programs it became clear I needed to find other ways to not just survive, but thrive. Leading me to retrain as a Health and Wellness Coach.
All these helped me to deal with the day to day stresses of modern life. Until one day a significant knee injury changed all that.

This gave me the opportunity to explore my own health and wellness, because of, yet separate to the injury. The journey highlighted to me how out of balance so many areas of my life actually were once I lost my physical ability.

I learnt new ways to improve my nutrition, manage my weight and to look at my health in a more holistic and well rounded way, benefitting on many levels. I'm so proud to have come out of the experience in a truly privileged position, being able to help others find ways through their own challenges.
