The BLUEPRINT package

For those that want to get the foundations in place. 

Look forward to an increase in your energy, an improved quality of sleep, a reduction in your cravings, weight loss and being empowered by knowing what to eat. 

In this foundational program we’ll create a personalised plan, to focus on looking at your current health status, setting realistic goals, and implementing simple steps to address all aspects of your wellbeing. You will learn the essentials of healthy living and establish a solid foundation for your wellness journey to take away and implement.

After the 1st 90 minute session we’ll have 5 further weekly sessions together and you’ll have access to email support midweek.

The MASTERY package

We'll work on unpicking old habits and building new healthier ones. Ensure self-care is scheduled and let you regain control over your own health.

Taking your health and wellness journey to the next level with this program, building on the blueprint program and its foundational knowledge. It includes more specialised techniques for managing stress, enhancing nutrition and improving overall life satisfaction.  This program is perfect for those ready to refine their health practices and achieve more significant, lasting improvements.

With all the benefits of the Mastery program with an additional level of support and accountability to keep you moving forward towards your vision of health and happiness.

Excellence is for those dedicated to becoming the best version of themselves. In this program you’ll have even greater 1:1 contact and support from me, which includes a midweek online check in to increase the level of guidance and support.

After the 1st 90 minute session we’ll have 11 further sessions together, plus a midweek 15 minute check in and email support in between the full weekly sessions.
