Twenty-eight years in a high-pressure corporate role with running as my escape. Even just a few miles, me, my trainers and the outdoors, and the stress would melt away.
I pretty much had it figured out… until a devastating knee injury brought everything crashing down. Without my trusted stress release valve, my world began to unravel. Sleepless nights became the norm, weight crept on, brain fog descended, and I even developed a skin condition that no treatment seemed to touch.
But that breaking point became my breakthrough. In my search for solutions, I discovered that managing stress effectively requires both understanding and action.
This journey led me to become a certified Health Coach, where I now combine proven coaching techniques with advanced tools like HRV monitoring to help others before they hit their breaking point.
